shipping:

shipping is $8.95 and complimentary on all orders over $75.

we ship from california via USPS priority mail which can take 2-3 business days to arrive at your door. however, please note that due to covid-19, USPS may experience severe shipping and processing delays as they prioritize the safety of their staff and customers



processing:

we take pride in your experience as a customer.  we realize that fast shipping is the cornerstone of your experience with us and commit to processing and shipping orders within a 48-hour window.

please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout as we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it’s been placed.

returns & exchanges:

we hope that you love our products as much as we do! if you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact our customer care team at: support@clays.co so that we can better assist you, include your order number followed by the request in the subject line.

due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.  to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it as we’re unable to process refunds on items that arrive back at our warehouse broken.   if your order arrived damaged, we’ll replace or refund the damaged products if photos and a detailed description is submitted within 5 days of arrival.

all returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, etc.)

refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees.  once your return is received and inspected, you can expect a refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
